Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Tono account and its data at any time, free of charge.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in to Tono, with the subject Delete my Tono account. Sending from your account email is how we verify the request is yours.

If you have an active Tono Pro subscription, cancel it in the app first so you are not charged again.

What happens next

• We will confirm receipt within 72 hours.
• Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
• You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and account record
• Your sign-in sessions
• Your subscription record and the usage records linked to your account

Your chat history is stored only on your device. Delete it in the app or uninstall the app to remove it. If you also want the question log from your device deleted, say so in your email.

What may be kept

• Payment and invoice records, which Paddle keeps as required by tax law.
• Records we are legally required to keep, if any.
